Haunted Forest Fun!

I was so looking forward to this haunted trip on last Sat night after watching the hysterical BYU theatre production, "The Foreigner. My hubby, me, 3 of my Beijing friends, Angela, her friend Derrick, along with Rendy and Su travelled about 15 minutes to this Haunted Forest at American Fork, Utah. The weather was pretty nice that night, not too cold and the waiting in the line was pretty reasonable. I was very lucky too. When I was lining up for the tickets, this kid came up to me and sold me his extra ticket for $10 only. If I buy from the ticket office, it would cost $3 more. Anyway, this kid looked very pitiful and he told me about their sad story of getting their extra ticket. Poor boy, but I got a good deal man! Sean who supposed to meet us there, went in first with his friends...aiyer...he bo sim one lah..only care about his date more than us..

We were all staying close together as we walked in. Justin and I were at the front initially and we were scared to death. Things just pop out suddenly and Angela who screamed behind my ears, scared me too! haha! Rendy also trying to touch us and scare us as well as Justin. Then, we started to get separated and people behind us overtook us. They probably thought we were too slow. Justin and I were then walking behind these impatient group of Mexicans along with our Beijing friends while Rendy, Su, Angela, and Derrick went the other way. We all got split into 2 groups. Anyway, it's not as fun to walk behind people's back as to walk in front because when you are in front, you experience all the shocks, but when you walk behind, you see and hear people screaming and this already created a defensed in your heart. There were a few times I was scared off by things I couldn't see when we walked through tunnels, dark rooms, super tight closet, dungeons, , ghost coming out of water when we cross the bridge, cells, this disco light room that made my head dizzy and so on. There was this time where justin and I got slowed down because it was so dark and we couldn't see anything. Then suddenly, this freaking car "Behhhhh" so loud and nearly caused me deaf. I screamed so loud not because of ghost or what, but because of a sudden super loud horn from a car. Then immediately, another big flow of air that blow out at me. Basket! We all also got chased by men with saws and fire.. Also, sometimes, you walk past something you don't see or feel. Many times I heard snork sound at my ear. Wah lao...The most funny thing is that Justin got scared off by Freddy. This Freddy guy appeared to scare the group of people in front of us and then he went to hide again and so we thought we were saved. Then as we walked up about 10 inches more, Justin jumped and screamed suddenly. I turned and looked at my left and I saw Freddy beside him. Haha! All my friends in front turned back and laughed at Justin's reaction. He told me that this stupid Freddy suddenly put out his hand in front of his face out of nowhere. Hahahaha!

It was really fun throughout the whole journey. It was a pretty long walk and there were times that we could take a breather before we entered another frame of horror. I really wanted to visit Rocky Point in SLC too and I just found out that this year is the last time they are doing. I heard that they are pretty good, using Hollywood sets and scenes. Too bad I don't have time to go down anymore, sigh... and I'm going to miss them forever. However, my classmate today mentioned that they will do something again in spring to kinda wrap up everything, like the last time for eveyrone. Maybe I will go then provided I'm still in Utah. I totally feel that Singapore should do something such fun..It would be way awesome!

Anyway, too bad to all of you who couldn't make it there. You miss a whole lot of fun! It could be scary, but with so many friends and people, it's really funny sometimes to see them got scared and chased by the ghosts, hahaha! By the end of the journey, I was panting and sweating....
